Beef Stew



  1. Coat the beef with the flour.
  2. Heat the oil in the pot over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned, stirring often.
  4. Remove the beef from the saucepan and pour off any fat.
  5. Stir the V8 and broth into the pan and heat to boiling.
  6. Add remaining ingredients, including beef, back into the pot.
  7. Reduce heat to low and cook for 3 hours.
