Fried Rice



  1. Prepare the ingredients above
  2. Cook rice and chicken so that both should be ready within 20-30 minutes.
  3. On medium high heat, scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of the butter and set aside
  4. With another 1 tbsp of butter, sautee the carrots, onions, peas and garlic with salt and pepper.
  5. Increase heat to high, add remaining butter and stir u ntil melted
  6. Add the rice, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir until combined.
  7. Continue sautee for another 3 minutes to fry the rice, stirring occasionally
  8. Add eggs and stir to combine.
  9. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil to combine.
