Vietnamese Style Beef Meatballs
Ingredients

3 tbsp garlic chopped

6 tsp. sugar

4 tsp. black pepper ground

1 tbsp ginger freshly grated

16 tbsp fish sauce 3 crabs brand

4 lbs ground beef

4 tsp. single-acting baking power
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and let sit, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
- Process mixture in a food processor into a creamy paste.
- Place mixture in freezer for 30 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to boil and prepare and ice bath.
- Form and boil meatballs, 7 minutes per batch.
- Remove meatballs and place in the ice bath for 3 minutes.
- Freeze or serve meatballs.
